Application

Sensor racks are used to store probe systems and sensors on the coordinate measuring machine. System expansions are included - precisely fitting and versatile. The changing magazines are integrated into the machine software, so that the probe change is carried out automatically. All ZEISS configurations are supported by suitable probe sockets.

The Multi-Sensor-Rack (MSR) 2.0 consists of the 2 main components (a) MSR column in various heights and (b) storage rails in various widths (for mounting on the MSR column), which can be combined to match the CMM measuring ranges in Z or X. Probe trays (or measuring head trays) are also required.

  • Enables automated push-button change
  • Maximum possible configuration of push-button systems
  • Sturdy design with central column
  • Design to match the machine
  • Expandable to max. 3 levels
